Flights to/from Norman, Oklahoma, are the responsibility of you or your chapter. Please plan to arrive no later than 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 18 (for session one) or Monday, July 22 (for session two). Please book your flight to arrive at Will Rogers Airport (OKC). Departures should be booked from Will Rogers Airport (OKC) on Sunday, July 21 (for session one) or Thursday, July 25 (for session two) after 2 p.m. Please double check which session you are attending to book the appropriate flight.
Before securing your flight, please email the details of the flight you plan to book to Sara Chojnacki for approval. All flights must be approved prior to booking. If you are having issues or problems finding appropriate travel times or flights that meet chapter cost guidelines, email Sara for assistance.
Please ensure that all flights have been booked and details have been entered into the registration system by June 27, 2019. No exceptions.
If you are driving, please indicate this when you register.
Transfers from OKC will take approximately 35-45 minutes. All attendees will be met in the baggage claim area. Once you have claimed your luggage, please look for the uniformed greeter holding a Gamma Phi Beta sign. Please identify yourself to the greeter who will check off your name and direct you to a staging area for your transfer.
For those who plan to drive to RLE, complimentary parking is provided at the chapter facility.
