Spring 2019

Life is a balancing act. Between school, work, relationships and family, our list of responsibilities and commitments seems to grow longer with each passing day. Amanda Saffer (Arizona), a board-certified holistic health coach, reminds us in this issue of The Crescent that no matter how much we juggle, practicing self-care will help everything else fall into place. Holly Maglin (Christopher Newport), a career services advisor, shares tips and tricks to help make your résumé standout. Lastly, you’ll learn how to take Gamma Phi Beta research on sisterhood and apply it to your everyday relationships. There is no hard and fast rule on how to balance life perfectly, but it is our hope that this issue will support you in your wellness journey in mind, body and spirit.
