Leadership Development Committee (LDC)
The Leadership Development Committee (LDC) is seeking a member who is passionate about developing future leaders for service within Gamma Phi Beta. The LDC is developing and implementing a pilot program to mentor and develop high-level competencies among Gamma Phi Beta's members and thinking strategically about leadership development in the future. Collegiate Chapter Supervisor (Region 2)
The Region 2 Team is looking for an organized and enthusiastic sister to join our team as a collegiate chapter supervisor. This position provides primary oversight to three to four chapters within the region. If you enjoy making an impact and mentoring advisors and collegiate women, please apply! Collegiate Chapter Supervisor (Region 3)
The Region 3 Team is looking for an organized and enthusiastic sister to join our team as a collegiate chapter supervisor. This position provides primary oversight to three chapters within the region, including their collegiate and advisory leadership. Collegiate Chapter Supervisor (Region 4)
Do you love working with collegians and advisors? The Region 4 Team is looking for a sister to join our team as a collegiate chapter supervisor. This position works primarily with the chapter advisors and chapter officers in three to four collegiate chapters and chapter visits are required. We are looking for team members with strong communication skills and an understanding of todays college student. The job description can be viewed here and the deadline to apply is March 29, 2019.

Finance Supervisor
The Region 6 Team is looking for an organized and enthusiastic sister to join our team as a finance supervisor. This position provides financial oversight for 18 chapters within the region, including the region's financial advisors and financial vice presidents. This position provides a unique opportunity for a financially savy sister to provide their area of expertise in a team environment; it is not a requirement to live in the region. Moonball Specialist
The Philanthropy Team is looking a Moonball specialist to join our team. Specific duties for the Moonball specialist position relate to public relations, philanthropy, marketing and fundraising. Duties include providing leadership, support and direction for collegiate and alumnae chapters for Moonball and philanthropy events – from budgeting to promotion and implementation. If you have a passion for Building Strong Girls and Gamma Phi Beta’s philanthropy efforts, please apply. Previous experience working with collegiate chapters is desired, but not required. Recruitment Supervisor (Region 2)
Do you love recruitment? Region 2 is looking for a sister to serve as our recruitment supervisor. This position is responsible for training and mentoring recruitment advisors, as well as reviewing and strategizing recruitment plans for collegiate chapters. In addition to serving on the regional team, you will also be a member of the Sorority's recruitment team, working with other recruitment supervisors as we assist chapters making critical recruitment decisions. Recruitment Supervisor-New Chapter Team
Do you love recruitment? The New Chapter Team is looking for a sister to serve as our recruitment supervisor. This position is responsible for training and mentoring recruitment advisors and reviewing and strategizing recruitment plans for our newest collegiate chapters. In addition to serving on the new chapter team, you will also be a member of the Sorority's recruitment team, working with other recruitment supervisors as we assist chapters making critical recruitment decisions. Gamma Phi Beta's Referral Form is a method for members to share names of women who may be qualified and outstanding leaders for the organization with the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee will be cultivating and talking to potential candidates for the highest levels of service throughout the biennium, so submit a Referral Form at any time and help Gamma Phi Beta cultivate and identify current and future leaders.
